Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of the purchase date. However, you must inform us within 2 days of receiving the parcel to be eligible for any claim.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and returned.

The product must be in its original packaging.

The customer will bear all return and exchange shipping costs.

Actual courier charges as per the invoice will be deducted from the refund.

4% Government tax will be deducted from refund amounts.

A flat Rs. 50 will be deducted for packaging and logistics charges in case of refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp, Call, or Email.

An unboxing video is mandatory as proof. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

We will offer a replacement. If you prefer a refund, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

There is no warranty on any imported or local product.

A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to process your request.
Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 15 working days.

Refunds will be for the product value only.

In case of free shipping, the actual shipping cost will also be deducted.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of purchase.

Ship the product to our address after approval.

After inspection and approval, you may place a new order.

Customers are responsible for all shipping, packaging, and COD tax charges for exchanges.
