Shipping policy

At BAG CITY, we strive to ensure your order arrives promptly. Below are our shipping details:

Delivery Time

Lahore: 1-3 business days
Other Cities: 3-6 business days

Please note, delivery times may extend due to holidays, road blockages, or natural disasters or due to remote areas. Order from different venders may take different delivery time based on your location.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once shipped, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent.

Delivery Process

Our logistics partners will call to confirm the address, delivery time and date. Please be available to receive your package at the scheduled time. The rider will not hand over the package without payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
Processing time is not included in transit time.
Carriers: We use various carriers and will choose the most suitable for your address. Preferred carriers cannot be specified.
Delivery Fee: Calculated based on your postal code or address at checkout. Free shipping and flat shipping rates are available in some cases.

Cancellations & Changes

Address Changes & Cancellations: Can be made before shipping. Once dispatched, no amendments can be made.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping notification email or SMS or WhatsApp. Allow 48-72 hours for updated tracking information.
